The PACKTIMISER® supports various sizes of American folding boxes (FEFCO 0200). Thanks to the random multi-format case erecting technology, the machine automatically chooses the right format for each order, without manual intervention.
Yes, in addition to the complete PACKTIMISER® line, the modules are also available separately: the Box Erector, Roll & Cut, Fold & Lid can be supplied separately and integrated into existing packaging lines. This offers flexibility for companies that want to automate their processes step by step or want to optimize only one component. The PACKTIMISER® reduces empty space, void reduction, in packaging to a minimum and reduces filling materials, in line with European PPWR guidelines. Thanks to automatic height reduction and precision cuts, boxes remain compact, which helps to comply with legislation and sustainability goals.
Thanks to Roll & Cut technology, the box is adjusted to the height of the product. In most cases, less than 10% of empty space remains, well within the 50% limit of the PPWR regulations.
